Agreeing to reduce the exemption period received

Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43103023) dated (12/7/1443 AH), regarding the union receiving the letter of the General Authority for Ports No. (1/2/60/16135) dated (9/7/1443 AH). Reference is made to the Authority’s Board of Directors’ Decision No. (114/C12/D2) dated (23/5/1443 AH) regarding the approval of reducing the exemption period mentioned in Table (B) Second: Wages obtained from the owner of the goods Paragraph (3/2) Storage fees For containers (incoming filled) with the port services charges system, from (5) five days to (3) three days, for approval and work on its content as of (23/7/1443 AH) corresponding to (24/2/2022 AD).
